Now though I've been a collector of worldwide foods recipes for years I was presented with the nice task of having to host a soiree for a grouping of potential clients. Though the group consisted of one or two nationalities I determined to prepare a Western type dish " Cooker Grilled Pork Roast". I was absolutely certain that pork was not very likely to offend any of my potential guests!!
